Are your products eco-friendly?

We try to do our best to minimize waste in packaging and source eco-friendly packaging materials. Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content. Our kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

Why is my shipping label in euros?

We normally print shipping labels in USD. But for orders fulfilled in Europe, we print the value in euros so it’s easier to go through customs checkpoints and mail sorting centers within Europe.

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

Yes, we do!

How long is shipping for orders within the EU?

For orders shipped from our Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfillment. For orders shipped from our Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.

Does SIDDH'S ship internationally?

Yes we offers international shipping across the world!

Note : For now, We aren’t available in and doesn’t ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.. This list may change periodically.

What happens if a package wasn't delivered to my customer, but the tracking states that it was?

If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, We won’t cover the cost of reshipping the order.

There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer’s address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.”

If your customer is unable to locate the package, you will need to place a new manual order to have it reshipped. We’re not yet able to assist with filing claims with shipping carriers but hope to do so in the future!

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

From the time your order is placed and the date when you receives it, there are two processes to consider. 

Fulfillment: Standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.  

Shipping: You have several shipping options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed. 

If it has been more than 24 hours since you received a shipping notification and the tracking still reflects no action or movement, contact us at [email protected]

What if I entered the wrong address?

Since carriers calculate live shipping rates mainly by the zip code entered it is possible that an incorrectly formatted address could be entered and the package is still able to ship from our facility. 

In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address.

If they are unable to deliver the package it will be returned to our HQ and you will be notified once it is received back. Within 4 weeks you will need to confirm the updated and correct address as well as confirm the charges for reshipping the package. 

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in a carrier’s tracking system. To minimize confusion, you may want to let your customers know in your shipping emails.

Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double check that you got in touch with their local post office to try locating the lost order.

Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but your customer thinks they haven’t received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.

My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer. You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We contacting you to determine how you would like to proceed and contact us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. New shipping charges will be applied for orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. 

How are returns handled differently when comparing quality concerns or customers changing their minds?

Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense.

If customer would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to a wrong size being ordered would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

If the item is returned to our facility, someone from our team will contact you regarding the return. We will ship the return back to you; however, you will be responsible for the shipping cost a second time. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks.

Who pays the customs duties & taxes?

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself.
